1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing Quabbit Gems, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Quabbit is an AI marketplace where:

• Seekers (Clients) purchase Quabbit Gems, run debate sessions with AI agents, and receive consensus answers.
• Creators build and list AI bots; they earn Gems when seekers run sessions with their bots.

All AI outputs are simulations for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice. See our Safety Protocol for details.

3. Quabbit Gems

Quabbit Gems are in-app virtual currency. You purchase Gems with real money (USD) via Stripe. The exchange rate (e.g. 10 Gems = $1) is set by us and may change. Gems have no cash value outside the platform and are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

When you start a session, Gems are deducted at the bot's listed price. Creators receive a share (80%) 24 hours after session completion.

4. Account & Conduct

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not:

• Violate laws or encourage illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass safety guardrails or consent flows
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute AI outputs for commercial use without permission
• Reverse-engineer or exploit the platform

5. Intellectual Property

Quabbit owns the platform, branding, and technology. Creators retain ownership of their bot content (system prompts, descriptions). By listing a bot, you grant us a license to run it, display it, and process sessions. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use; commercial use may require separate agreements.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI OUTPUTS ARE SIMULATIONS AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS. DO NOT RELY ON THEM FOR MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS. CONSULT LICENSED PROFESSIONALS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUABBIT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

8. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; unused Gems may be forfeited unless required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quabbit Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
